Beach Access and Beach keycard Information

Access to the beach for home owners of the More Mesa Shores Homeowners Association requires a keycard.

If you are a NEW Homeowner, the seller should have transferred a beach keycard to you at the close of escrow.

If you are a RENTER, and not a member of More Mesa Shores Homeowners Association, you will need to contact your landlord to obtain a beach keycard.

REPLACEMENT beach keycards are only provided to Homeowners in good standing with MMSHA or to a proxy who has been authorized by the Homeowner, in writing, to the Board. One keycard is allotted per household and additional keycards, up to four/parcel, can be purchased for $75.00 each. .

There is a $25.00 fee to replace a beach keycard after deactivation of the lost card..
