The cannabis farm application for 5295 Shoreline Drive has been put on hold and no permit meetings are anticipated. The property was listed for sale this week.
Thanks to all of you who sent a public comment letter to the County Zoning Administrator regarding the cannabis farm application for 1385 S Anderson Lane (aka Heritage Enterprises aka Sea View Farms). The project was not included in the July 11th zoning administration meeting, as had been suggested by Alia Vosburg. If there is another meeting scheduled this website will be updated.
If you’d like to be notified of any future zoning meetings regarding these two properties, email the two county planning employees and ask to be added as an “interested party”.
