More Mesa Shores Members received their annual assessments last week through the mail. It has been brought to our attention that the due date for our annual assessment is March 15th. Even though our CC&Rs specify payment within 15 days, the BOD has been in touch with TEAM HOA letting them know we have previously allowed members to send payments within a 30 day period without penalty. Please be assured that we will continue to honor timely payments according to a 30 day billing period.
